Thank you for choosing Stand Out Socks as your wholesale sock supplier. Please review our return policy carefully:

1. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Notify us within 5 business days of delivery if any items are damaged or defective.
  • Send clear photos of the items to admin@standoutsocks.co.uk to help resolve the issue quickly.
  • Claims made after 5 business days are not eligible for replacement or refund.

2. Returns & Cancellations

  • Once payment is made, returns are not accepted.
  • All wholesale orders are final and non-refundable, even if cancelled after payment.

3. Agreement to Policy

  • By placing a wholesale order, you agree to the terms outlined in this return policy.
