SO, WHAT ACTUALLY IS THE KING’S AWARD?
The King’s Awards for Enterprise are among the UK’s most prestigious business honours. They recognise organisations whose work makes a meaningful mark — through new ideas, international success, sustainability, opportunity or exceptional achievement.
First established in 1965, the Awards are granted by the Sovereign following a rigorous assessment. They are not a single prize: businesses can be recognised in one of five categories, each celebrating a different kind of contribution.
