All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Regrettably, we only ship Ross's Sock Club Subscription within UK, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey & Isle of Man.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED ON DDU TERMS, MEANING UNPAID CUSTOMS & DUTIES. 

ANY CUSTOMS & DUTIES THAT YOUR COUNTRY PLACES ON GOODS SHIPPED FROM THE UK ARE NOT COVERED IN THE PURCHASE OR SHIPPING PRICE AND MUST BE TAKEN CARE OF DIRECTLY WITH YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS OFFICE

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days (UK) or 11 business days (international) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at admin@standoutsocks.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@standoutsocks.co.uk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Stand Out Socks, unit 2.5, Norman street, Warrington, wa2 7hw

If your return is accepted, you must cover the shipping charges to return the items.  Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We do not accept any responsibility for any items lost or damaged during the return shipping.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, Ross's Sock Subscription or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you would like to change your item for a different colour or size, please return your unwanted item and place a new order. Again, All items have to be returned unused with labels and packaging intact. We do not accept exchanges of subscription boxes. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at admin@standoutsocks.co.uk.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
